Learn To Meditate
Although meditation and mindfulness are kind of buzzwords now, the truth is that they have long been used as stress management tools, and you can still use them as such now if you so desire. Watch What You Eat & Drink
As ever, your diet has an effect here, and it’s worth knowing what that effect is so that you can know what you should be doing with it. As long as you pay attention to what you eat and drink, you’ll be able to consciously ut out things which make stress worse or harder to deal with – such as caffeine and sugar, for instance. These little changes really do add up to make a huge difference, so it’s worth thinking about.
