If you are still baking for Christmas, here is another Bredele recipe. This recipe is great if you need to have some gluten-free biscuits. I always need some as I have a few friends who are gluten intolerant. My cousin makes these biscuits all year round for her three boys and they love them. Perfect to pack them in little gift bags for family and friends as well, if you are dropping off gifts on Christmas day.
Ingredients
- 190g grated coconut/desiccated coconut
- 100g sugar
- 3 egg white

Recipe
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Beat the egg white until stiff (with a pinch of salt).
Add delicately the sugar and coconut.
Form small pyramids and put on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 15 à 17 mn, at 180°C.

Take them off the baking tray as soon as possible and cool on a wired rack.
Bon appétit !
