This acclaimed septet have built a reputation for captivating audiences with an extraordinary repertoire of original songs, inventive arrangements and timeless classics, all delivered with the flair and spontaneity of a live jazz performance. Drawing inspiration from the golden age of jazz, The Easy Rollers transport audiences back to the vibrant streets of 1920s and ’30s Harlem, while bringing a distinctly fresh and contemporary British sound to the music.

About Clonter Theatre
Clonter Theatre, located at Swettenham Heath near Congleton in Cheshire, is a unique rural theatre best known for its opera and live music. It began in 1974 when Jeffery and Anita Lockett organised an “Operatic Picnic” at their home, Clonter Farm. The event was so successful that it became an annual tradition. The original performances took place in a barn, which was later transformed into a permanent theatre.
Today, Clonter has a 400-seat auditorium with an orchestra pit, undercover dining facilities, rehearsal spaces and a licensed bar. Although opera remains an important part of its programme, the theatre also presents folk, jazz, gospel, comedy, pantomime and other musical and theatrical events. One of Clonter’s most important roles is supporting young and emerging performers. The theatre also runs educational programmes, reaching up to 2,000 children each year through workshops and performance projects.
