BBC Gardeners’ World Live Free Tickets & Good Food Show
One of the main events we look forward to attending every year is the BBC Gardeners’ World Live & BBC Good Food Show Summer which is held twice a year during Summer and Winter time at The NEC in Birmingham. Hence with great excitement (drumroll) we are proud to announce that we have teamed up with the organisers of this event to give our avid readers 5 pairs of tickets worth £240 to the show happening from 14 to 17 June 2018 this year. Do read on to find out the highlights for this year as well as how you can win yourself a pair of ticket to this amazing show!
There will be lots happening at this year’s BBC Gardeners’ World Live, some of the highlights include Show Gardens, expert advice, Floral Marquee, M&S Stand and Sparks Lounge, entertainment and to top this, your ticket will also give you access to the BBC Good Food Show Summer which is another excellent event happening at the same time!
This year as the resurgence in house plants takes the UK by storm, BBC Gardeners’ World Live have introduced a new stage dedicated to the art of indoor gardening thanks to Blooming Interiors who will be bringing indoor gardening gurus to the fore including Matt Biggs, author of Practical Guide to Growing Healthy Houseplants and Jane Perrone, presenter of podcast On The Ledge. Michael Perry (Mr Plant Geek) completes the line-up with an exclusive Houseplant Edition of his Weird and Wacky Plant Show. Complementing the houseplant hotshots, British Florist Association experts present daily demos on how to create the most stunning indoor displays with your garden flowers. You can even pay a visit to renowned floral designer Jonathan Moseley and his team on the British Flower Bus for more floristry tips, including wedding florals, situated next to the Blooming Interiors stage.
Visitors will also get the chance to browse over 100 places selling quality plants, many suitable for indoor gardening, in the Floral Marquee and Plant Village. There will be lots to choose from Streptocarpus, orchids and air plants to cacti, carnivorous plants and the stunningly colourful Coleus!

The 5 winners will be randomly chosen and be given a pair of ticket each to BBC Gardeners’ World Live (which also gives you entry into BBC Good Food Summer Show) held at The National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham from 14-17 June 2018. Contest will run from 16 May to 3 June 2018.

* All tickets are general admission (excluding Saturday) and do not include a seat in the Big Kitchen or BBC Gardeners’ World Live Theatre (but these can be purchased on the day, subject to availability, not all experts appear on all days).

* The winner will be notified via the email address. They have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize after being notified, after which time the prize will be considered unclaimed and will be re-assigned using a random selection method.

How much do the tickets cost?
Advance Ticket Prices start from £24 and goes up to £35.50 (for the two day pass). There are also VIP Tickets, as well as 2-day tickets and family tickets available. Kids below 5 go in free on all days while kids aged 6-17 go free on Saturday and Sunday. Concession tickets are available for those 65 and above. The shows will be held at The NEC in Birmingham. It is near junction 6 of the M42 motorway, and is adjacent to Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station.

A lifelong gardener I would love to attend the show this summer. I have been before and the choice of plants, designs and talks is wonderful and you do need a day to see (and smell) everything! I love the cacti of course but there are so many breathtaking displays to view. Its a great day out.

I would love to visit the gardens that are created each year by talented designers as I need inspiration to make my plain patch in to a cute haven. I would also like to buy some interesting plants and ask advice about keeping them healthy and happy.
