MOCKTAIL RECIPES
I love my Root Beer and grew up drinking A&W Root Beer Floats as a child so I am super pleased to see this flavour being sold by Sofa Folk. Root beer floats are easy to make for kids. All you need is a tall glass, fill it three quarters full and the top it up with 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream. For the adults, why not try the below Root Beer Zing Mocktail.
Root Beer Zing Mocktail

Cranberry Cream Soda Mocktail
I have already made a few glasses of these and totally love the flavours, this is going to be my Christmas go to Mocktail this festive season for family and friends who are not drinking alcohol.

Cherry Mojito Mocktail
Another tasty mocktail recipe to make this festive season or during dry January.

Blueberry Lime Mocktail
Missing the summer feeling of having local blueberries? No worries, make this refreshing mocktail instead which is so refreshing.

About Soda Folk
We all love a good story, right? Ken, our Coloradoan founder, missed his hometown sodas whilst in London. So, he had an idea. He’d make his own sodas, and make them unlike any other in the UK. Sodas that are authentic and naturally made using the finest ingredients. Sodas that are reassuringly familiar but distinctively different. Sodas that recognise those whose good deeds had inspired him on his journey.
Inspired by classic American flavours they have the best and most authentic taste and are naturally made with the finest ingredients. They also have the highest juice content! Plus they are vegan and gluten free. Key Lime Pie, Blueberry Muffin, Cherry, Root Beer, Cream Soda, Grape, and Jam Roly Poly.
They strive to be good, to stay honest to their roots and to challenge others to choose the natural, the authentic. It’s why their fans decide the flavours that they develop and bring to market. Soda Folk rewards good folk doing good deeds. It contributes financially to the good work they’re doing in the community (or to charity, if they prefer), and features them on their cans, to share their stories with anyone who sees a Soda Folk can or bottle. You can nominate someone you know on Soda Folk’s website.

Those look really good. I haven’t done much cooking with soda, so I’m eager to try them.
So glad to hear that Beth
I am going to make the fish with the cream soda, as it will make the batter light and airy. What an awesome idea!
Let us know how it goes
I do love cream soda but usually only have it as an ice cream float, never thought about using it for batter, I am also intrigued with the blueberry muffin soda
Worth trying the blueberry muffin soda if you do get the chance as it is unique in flavour
The designs on the can are pretty unique & they look great. I haven’t heard of this brand before but I love a good cherry flavored soda and would love to try these out.

I love mocktails. They’re super fun and it’s nice to have something different.
I agree, and teens can feel like an adult drinking them as well
I never thought of using soda to cook or bake with. It seems like the food would be pretty delicious to be honest.
I agree, not with baking but I do know you can add it with flour to make the batter crispy
I just tried some of the Root Beer flavor of this brand and it was really wonderful. I quite loved the maple syrup flavoring.
So glad to hear that Jupiter
