Dr Anders Intensive Rescue Balm for Dry Cracked Heels

My feet hardly sees the sun, it only makes an appearance in the summertime or when we are out on holidays. So to get my feet sandal-ready I am sharing about Dr Anders Intensive Rescue Balm by Feel Your Feet which is perfect for dry or cracked heels. I do have very dry skin but luckily it is not cracked.  Expertly formulated by Dr Judith Anders, specialist podiatrist and founder of FeelYourFeet, she recommends using this balm twice a day until the skin is restored and to continue thereafter. I used the balm and let me tell you that this is an absolute keeper! I loved the smell which was subtle and the delicate gentleness of the cream on my feet.   The cream was absorbed quickly and there was no oily residue left on my hands. Expandable Wireless Speaker Mo by POW Audio  

Spending time outside in the garden and wished you had your hi-fi stereo system with you? The Expandable Wireless Speaker Mo by POW Audio is not only the cutest and smallest wireless speaker I have seen but surprisingly, it also packs in a dynamic sound. This speaker is almost pocket-size hence easily fits into my handbag and follows me around.  With a magnetic back it also easily sticks on the fridge, car bodies or other magnetic surfaces is easy.   It has an 8-hour playtime, is water-resistant and uses USB to charge.  I easily connected the speaker to my android mobile phone and tablet via the Bluetooth feature almost instantly.  I totally loved the sound but preferred it with the Wave Bloom audi expansion chamber popped up and placed on a flat surface as I could hear more low to midrange frequencies eg. base guitar.  The speaker comes in two colours, Graphite or Snow Colour and is priced at £89.  The speaker featured on this post is the Snow Colour and you can purchase this here. Sleep Mask by Sleep Master

The Sleep Mask by Sleep Master is a fabulous mask to use if you are struggling to sleep at night or need a quick siesta in the afternoon when it is still light outside.  Alternatively, it is also perfect to use if you are travelling long distance on the plane and need to get some sleep on the flight.   Made in the USA, this sleep mask is a one-size-fits-all product which is easily adjustable for all head size (especially mine as its quite small).  I loved the soft material and it was comfortable to use for long periods. The eye mask is also made using light-weight fabric and it is breathable.  Their website states that the mask not only helps to cover the eyes from light but it also helps to reduce sound thanks to its padded ear area and with the added help of the provided earplug (I slept with the mask but did not use the earplugs in case my kids called for me in the night). Cultural Smart Guidebook – Italy

With kids being off school till September, many families are heading off to Europe for a short holiday breaks. Italy is a much-loved country for many reasons….because of its sunshine, friendly people, fantastic food, historical buildings and rich culture.  If you are heading out to Italy then it is worth grabbing a copy of Cultural Smart’s Italy. We love the Cultural Smart travel books and have previously reviewed their Singapore edition.  This book is small and compact and easily fits into the handbag.  There are 9 chapters in this book sharing about various things including information about the country, its regions, history, values of its people, festivals, getting around, eating and drinking out, communicating and some business tips as well.   A fab book to read up before you head to Italy, the book costs £7.99 and you can purchase a copy of it here.

2-Pack Solar Flickering Flames

These 2-pack solar flickering flame lights are great for your garden, back yards or driveway especially when the sun goes down.  It provides a safe alternative to a real flame especially if you have children in the house but want the garden or driveway lit-up. My package arrived in a small compact box, although it measured 78.5cm when assembled. The Solar Flames came in 3 parts ie solar panel, longer ground stake and plastic ground spike and were super easy to assemble by hand and did not require any tools.  The built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery takes about 6 hours to fully charge, after which it can be used for up to 10 hours in summer or 5 hours in winter.  The flame was mesmerising and I am totally an in love with it. It looks super bright and the flame looks so real.  Made from ABS material which is waterproof, dust resistant and can withstand all kinds of weather, the lights also comes with an on/off button, hence you can turn it off if you don’t want them switched on certain days (if you don’t see flames light up, don’t worry…just press the on/off button to get them switched on).   These pair of flickering flames cost £25.95 (currently on discount from £59.95) and is a complete bargain!
