What did I think about the book?
This timeless book stands out not only from its Cover Art by illustration by The inclusion of these vintage artwork means that this is not just a retelling of the tales, but a visual feast as well which will help fuel the imagination of little ones. The book has small prints, is large and a little bulky hence it is something a parent would sit with their child and read to them as a bed time story. A great way to get little ones to sit on your lap and let them hold the book or turn pages as they admire the images.
This book makes a lovely gift to a parent or grandparent as it is a good quality hardback coffee table styled book which will help create memories and stand the test of time. The classic fairy tales in the book need no further explanation as it includes stories such as The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Thumbelina, Rumpelstilskin, The Brave Little Tailor, The Emperor’s New Clothes, The Elves and the Shoemaker, The Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, The Frog Prince and The Snow Queen.
