These include Doutzen Lace Tunic, Olverum Bath Oil, Project MC2 – Ember’s Fairy Wings, Nacomi Coffee Scrub & Nacomi Cleaning Water Make-Up Remover and finally some lovely Heather Fairy Lights by Cable & Cotton just in time to decorate your garden with for the beautiful summer weather we are experiencing.
Hope you do enjoy reading the post and feel free to share this or leave your comments if something fancies you.

Doutzen Lace Tunic
Let’s start off our first suggestion with Doutzen Lace Tunic top which was sent to us by the team at Hunkermoller. Seeing that its summer time, and we are out and about a lot either by the pool or on the beach, we had to pick this lovely top which is perfect to be worn on top of swimming costume / bikini. This lovely Lace tunic comes in 2 colours, white and grey and from sizes XS to XL. I decided to go with white as it will complement the different coloured swimming costumes and two piece which I have.
The off-shoulder lace tunic material was soft and comfortable to wear as it is made from 77% cotton and 23% nylon. I ordered size M and when I wore it it felt loose, but luckily the shoulder straps are adjustable so I managed to adjust it to the right size to fit my body shape. The top felt very pretty and it also looked very simple yet stylist. Because the material is so delicate, its best to hand wash this and not use machines. Totally love this and will be packing this into my travel bag when we head out this summer. This costs £40 and you can purchase yourself a similar tunic from the following link here.

Olverum Bath Oil
We were sent the Olverum Bath Oil which arrived just in time for our June Gift Guide. This is a lovely present to give a family member or friend who is in need of some relaxation and if they are stressed at work or home. The bath oil is not just a moisturising oil but a soothing essential oil mixture with has been specially mixed to produce a beautiful earthy scent. The most prominent scent is the lemon and lime oils used and when sitting in the bath you can really also sense the earthy smell that I think comes from the verbena and rosemary.
The eucalyptus also helps to clear your airways and at a time filled with hay fever this was a really pleasant feeling. I also like the fact that its essential oils rather than oily liquid, which I find sometimes leaves you feeling overly greasy. This left you feeling fresh and cleansed and really relaxed as opposed to the latter. I don’t often get to relax in the bath this this was a great excuse and a treat, and I think if I was bought this as a gift it would be a real encouragement to relax! The bath oil is highly concentrated and only half a capful (5ml) is needed per bath. We were sent a 60ml bottle but were told that a 125ml bottle is enough for 25 baths and costs £29. You can buy the bath oil here.

Project MC2 – Ember’s Fairy Wings
We love Project Mc2 and have previously reviewed Project MC2 Ultimate Lab Kit, this time, we were sent the Ember Fairy Wings Doll. My 7 year-old daughter loved having this this doll added to her collection of over 15 barbie style dolls all in her doll house. She loved that she could create beautiful fairy wings using just glue, some glitter, and other arty stuff which we had lying around the house. Unfortunately Ember’s leg kept coming off which was a little dissapointing. Otherwise my daughter loved Ember and her beautiful woodland / fairy themed costume, head gear and shoes and Ember proudly sits in her doll house.
This would be a fab present for any girl who loves all things fairy. Ember retails at £18 and there is also a free app (the Project Mc2 Case Files) which accompanies the doll together with earing clips as well as a macquerade mask. You can get your very own Ember doll or purchase it as a present here.

Nacomi Coffee Scrub & Cleaning Water Make-Up Remover
We were sent two products from Nacomi to be shared in our Gift Guide. The first is the coffee scrub which is made with coconut oil, sea salt and cocoa butter. While the second is the Cleansing Water Make-up Remover. We love that all Nacomi products are made using natural ingredients and that it is made using vegan ingredients. Another positive thing about Nacomi is that, its handmade as well.
Cofee Scrub – This is an excellent weapon against cellulite and known as the ultimate firming and moisturizing body scrub. My first impression of the scrub was that it was going to make me smell like a coconut cappuccino! But when opening the package it smelt really strongly …of bitter coffee. I used the scrub as instructed on the pack, it really left my skin super soft and exfoliated although there was a large amount of residue left behind in my bath tub and this took some cleaning but overall it’s a nice product. The 200g packet costs £14.99 and you can get yourself some here.
Nacomi Micellar Cleansing Water Make-up Remover – Made with ingreadients such as aloe vera extract which is soothes skin irritation, camomile which is soothing and relaxing, hyaluronic acid which moisturisers the skin. This was something I was curious if it would work. I applied the cleansing water to a cotton pad as instructed on the bottle, and then used it to remove some black waterproof mascara, some highlighter and a soft pencil eyeshadow. The cleansing water smelt nice, however, I found that it took a little while to get my makeup off – although in the end it was successful. The 150ml bottle cost £6.99 and you can get yours here.

Cable & Cotton “Heather” LED Fairy Lights
With the weather being so lovely lately, we are keen on updating our garden accessories to make the garden inviting especially when we have friends around or when we do have a BBQ. All the cotton shades and wire came separately in a lovely box and required self assembly. Although it was a little troublesome inserting the light into the cotton shade, it was really easy to do as clear instructions were provided. The advantage with assembling it yourself is that you can choose which order the colour of your lights goes in. The lights really work well and are great in the day time as the colours of the shades really pop and at night they are subtle and more subdued, which is what you want from this style of lighting.
These would be a great gift for a house warming and can be purchased in a mass of different colours to suit any decor. Also these lights can also be mixed and matched, so if you were to buy some at one point and then you decided to you wanted to change the colours slightly you could buy a second set and mix the two together. These lights are great for indoor or ourdoor (on a dry day) and use a power socket so you won’t have the problem of the battery running out on you. These cost £29.99 and you can order one for yourself here.
