What did I think of Jennifer Brown’s Journey ?

If I could sum the book in one word, its hilarious! To be honest, Jennifer Brown reminds me a little of Brigitte Jones where she is at a point of her life where nothing is working in her life and once she is done moaning about it…she decides to step up and take control of it.   It is a feel-good book, and as I read each chapter, I got to know a little bit more about Jennifer, her personality, her character and soon, it was evident that she became my friend.

I felt her emotions, was troubled by her problems and felt motivated by her positivity and can-do attitude.  She has the ability to empower you with her drive, her determination to succeed and most importantly her joy is infectious. I totally loved the book as I found her character so relatable and I could not put the book down.   Author Angie Langley has brought Jennifer to life through her smooth writing and her ability to add genuine humour to every page and situation is totally commendable.  I can’t wait to read the next installation of Jennifer Brown’s journey as I feel her story is not over yet and there is still more to discover about her.

About Angie Langley

Angie Langley grew up in Somerset and has lived in the south west of England all her life. Nowadays her home is in the beautiful Woodford Valley near Salisbury, on the banks of the river Avon. A tiny piece of heaven and a true writers paradise. When Angie’s not writing, she’s a keen wildlife photographer and currently working on a book of poems for children all about the local wildlife who live along the riverbank. Writing Jennifer Brown s Journey was a labour of love for Angie.
