Ibiza Ice Sparkling Wine Review
[Ad-gifted] As food & drink bloggers, we get to sample and review some of the most interesting things you can imagine. At times it can even be things that have just been released. So brace yourself as we present to you the world’s first Sparking Fruit wine which is made with 100% premium natural blend of Austrian mountain spring water and fruit wine made from apples, pears and no refined sugar called Ibiza Ice.
We were sent two flavours the White Isle which is lychee, lime and melon as well as Sunset which is the pomegratate flavour. We were told that these are already loved by celebrities including Megan McKenna, Binky and Rita Ora.

What did we think about the Ibiza Ice Sparkling Wine?
What we loved ?
- Ibiza Ice contains only 100% natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives or refined sugar, resulting in a low calorie
- The drink is very contemporary and trendy, not too strong and both men and women would love it
- It comes in a sustainable aluminium bottle that is 100% recyclable and shatterproof, and a convenient ring pull cap, so there is no need for a bottle opener.
- Designed to be enjoyed straight from the bottle, this can minimises the risk of drink spiking as well as saves washing up if you are throwing a party at home.
- Alternatively you can also pour it into a glass
- Our fav out of the two is the While Isle, as it had a little more pronounced flavour to it compared to Sunset which was more subtle taste, we loved it!
What we did not love?
- We cant think of anything negative to say about the drinks, but some might think that the drink has a slight bitter aftertaste (which is a good thing as its not as sickly sweet as some sparkling wines can be) .

I have never seen an aluminium bottle like this one. It really does seem trendy – and quite handy for taking to parties or the beach. The natural ingredients and low alcohol and calorie count are all pluses too! I’ll have to watch out for these sparkling wines here.

These look amazing! Do they sell them in the US? I have never heard of these before. The White Isle sounds very good, i love citrus wine! Not a fan of pomegranate in general, but that’s just me.
We loved the White Isle as well, currently its only sold in England and Scotland

Oh my goodness what I great price for a wine that sounds really good. I must admit I haven’t had a drink since before I was pregnant but I think I deserve a little glass of something at Christmas!
