SFR Pulsar & Roller Derby Aerio Q-60 Inline Skates

[Ad-gifted] Rollerblading or inline skating is such a fun sport and a great way to keep fit for adults and a great way to get children out and about.  This year, with the summer being non-existent,  we made good use of every dry day and sunshine by heading out for a walk, to the skate park or enjoying time in the garden.

As my children get older, I find that it is hard to get them away from their computer and gadget hence I am always looking for toys, games and outdoor activities to keep them screen-free for a good few hours. Today we are reviewing two inline skates from skates.co.uk which is a great way to keep kids entertained outdoors.

Keep on reading to find out more about these skates and where you can purchase them.

What did we think of it?

Both my children found that the inline skates are easier to skate with compared to traditional quad roller skates. Learning to skate with inline skates also helps tremendously with their balance and therefore they found ice-skating easier. My daughter was straight at it while my son needed to hold on at the start and was fine skating his own after.

My 13-year-old daughter picked the Roller Derby Aerio Q-60 Inline Skates, we choose a slightly bigger fit (UK Size 5) for her as she is UK Size 4.5 but the skates are a perfect fit with the socks on. This is a fixed size beginners’ skates but the semi soft boot was comfy for her and it the low centre of gravity in the skates gave it more stability. The skates are stylish and super easy to get on thanks to its Velcro Powerstrap and Lever Buckle.

My 10-year-old son picked the SFR Pulsar Silver Adjustable Inline Skates, these are adjustable inline skates perfect for him as he is at a stage where his feet keep on growing constantly at the moment. The skates are comfortable, light and offers a good grip, they also have a push button adjuster. The skates are comfortable to use.

My children have enjoyed heading to the local skate park during summer months and in the last few weeks whenever we have had lovely weather. Would totally recommend getting these inline skates if your child has been struggling with the quad skates or planning to do some ice-skating in the future.

How much are the Inline Skates and Where can I buy them?

The SFR Pulsar Silver Adjustable Inline Skates/Rollerblades is priced at £41.95, the skates are adjustable and comes in various sizes ie UK 8J to 11J or UK 12J to UK 2 or UK 3-6, we have featured UK Size 3-6 in colour, Black, Silver and White.

I never had roller blades or skates as a kid, maybe that’s why I don’t have the best balance haha. They look like good sets for the kids x
