Quad Roller Skates on top of box on green grass

School’s Out and Summer is here!

This only means that kids will be hanging around at home a lot more hence to to stop them spending too much time on gaming consoles and watching YouTube videos, we suggest getting them outdoors so they can get some fresh air, relax their eyes and exercising in the skate parks.

So here’s our review of the SFR Nebular Quad Skates from Skates.co.uk which is perfect for children who can’t keep still.

Red Nebula Skates on Grass

These quad skate are perfect for beginners as they fit UK shoe Size 1 to 4 hence you won’t have to keep buying skates every time your child goes up a shoe size.

These skates are also available in four beautiful and bright colours. The skates features high grip and quality PU (Polyurethane) skate wheels for maximum responsiveness when skating. It also has TRP Stopper and ABEC5 Carbon Bearings.

What did we think of it?

My children are beginner skates as they don’t often skate but do love heading to the local leisure centre on a Saturday for the Roller Disco for a couple of hours.

We often rent their roller skates and depending on the time we go, we sometimes find that the right skate size is not available. So having their own skates would be really helpful and this also means they can practise on other days as well to become better skaters.

The skates are really comfortable and easy to slide into with the release and pull mechanism. There are two straps on each skates so that helps secure the skates better.

Both my kids started skating indoors, as we have smooth wooden floors and then they started to practise outside on the pavement.  Once they were confident enough, they have ventured out to the local parks as well as skate parks to practise their skating.  We are planning to head back to the skating ring on one of the Saturdays to test these skates out.

Do have a browse at their website to see other items such Heelys, bikes, scooters and even skateboards.

I love how easy it is to adjust these to fit just right. That’s so important when you’re skating. If the skates don’t fit, it can be dangerous.

We have similar skates that are size adjustable and they are awesome! My kids go through shoe sizes so quickly so we don’t have to keep buying new skates every time.

These sound like great skates that are easy to use. They would be ideal to keep the kids out and about and active over the summer.

My daughter has this exact same pair and has finally managed to learn to rollerskate wit them! They are truly excellent and provide brilliant support for a learner. I would also highly recommend them.

These are so neat! What a cool concept for roller skates. My kids know how to rollerskate pretty well and it would be fun to get them a pair for home (instead of just renting).

I agree, so that they can practise more during their free time
