Samsonite Star Wars Backpack *
The Samsonite Star Wars backpack would be a fabulous gift for any Star Wars fans aged 2 to 6 years of age and the perfect thing for little ones to bring along when they are out and about on a picnic. The backpack comes in two sizes, we ordered the small size (33.2 x 22.3 x 15 cm) as it was perfect for our 5-year-old who is a huge Star Wars fan, you could order the medium size (43 x 34 x 17 cm) for teenagers. The backpack is easily adjustable and is made from polyster and comes in two iconic designs which is the Darth Vader or Stormtrooper design. Our son picked the Stormtropper design and this pattern can easily be spotted from afar as it totally stands out. He loves the themed zipper puller and the padded shoulder straps felt realy comfy on him, there is also enough space for him to bring his water bottle, snack box and his favourite toys. The backpack also comes with a sternum strap which gives extra support to his back which is great when we go on walks. We totally loved the fact that the bag is PVC free and is environmentally friendly. The bag which only weighs 0.2kg is priced at £39 and can be purchased here.

Bioderma Photoderm Kid SPF 50+ Mousse & Spray *
If you, like us, have been out and about in the sun this last month then you know how important it is to protect yourself and especially the little ones from the strong UV Rays. Here, we share with you 2 suncream products for kids from Bioderma. The first is the Photoderm Kids SPF 50+ Spray (200ml) while the second is the Photoderm Kids SPF 50+ Sun Foam which is similar to a whipped cream mousse (150ml) which both offers very high protection. This suncream ticks all the boxes in terms of coverage and is really good to apply – the kids found the mousse aspect really fun, however, I also put some on and it feels nice when applying but does leave quite a greasy residue over the body. Which might not be handy in sandy situations. That being said. It has high UVA and B coverage but is not starred like other manufactures. I found that it protected the children well, but as with all sun creams its important to re-apply if you are out in the sun all day. The spray was more like a standard sun cream to apply – this wasn’t a problem it just didn’t spread quite as far as the mousse. Again protection was fine. One thing that both creams achieved was not to react with daughters super sensitive skin, even when applying it on her face – her only comment about it was that it didn’t smell great, but in my opinion its fragrance free and quite a neutral scent. Both products are extremely water resistant and perfect for children’s delicate skin. The Photoderm Kid Spray retails for £17.50 while the Photoderm Kid Mousse retails for £14.00.

Carribean Collection – All That Jazz Nail Polish*
The new Caribbean Collection from All That Jazz nail polish set consists of four bright and glossy summery shades consisting of Patty Cake (a playful turquoise to compliment any tan), Don’t Be a Jerky’ (your new favourite ‘go-to’ pink with the perfect amount of sheen), Caribbean Queen (a royal purple hue) and Jamaican Me Crazy (a hot pink, perfect for summer sunsets). These will definitely get you all ready for summer or your holiday to that tropical island. We found that the nail varnish colours were so bright and vibrant in colour and fun. When applying it certain colours were quite thick and did drag a little but once we had given it a good shake it felt a little smoother.
Formulated with the latest professional technologies, providing full coverage in two effortless coats and a super quick drying time, you can expect gorgeous nails with a smooth finish to last up to seven days. My daughter used three of the colours over miss matched on her nails and I chose to use all the colours in a sort of paint splat effect. I quite often do this but sometimes the colours mix really easily together these didn’t which was great. We would recommend using a top coat, as the nail varnish is quite satin once dry. Priced at £29.99 which is pretty pricey for four nail varnishes but its a great treat, or perfect as present for a friend, or even when you need to hint to your partner what to buy you for your birthday! Do check out their website to see what else they have there as you will be surprised by their really great selection of colours.

Evelyn Teething Necklace Set *
These silicone teething necklace set is great for any stylish mummies who is looking for some baby proof jewellery. They are 100% non-toxic and have been designed to be safe for baby to play with or chew when teething. The necklace helps to soothe baby’s sensitive gums and it can encourage early motor skills when baby grasps this necklace. We tested this on one year old Baby Elivia and she totally loved it, we found she was intrigued by the shapes and the design on the necklace. She was also trying to get the necklace over her neck which is great as she got to practise her fine motor skill. The necklaces is made with strong satin cord and a breakaway safety clasp. The silicone beads are made from 100% high quality food-grade silicone which has been safety tested and free from all nasties and free from BPA, PVC, lead, Mercury, and other substance. We found that the necklace was great for babies who are teething in the front compared to the back teeth. The attractive colours of the beads also kept Baby Elivia interested and this kept her busy for a while. It was also great that the necklace as odourless and tasteless and is made from the same material as most dummies and bottle teats. This lovely gift set is priced at £13.50 and can be purchased here.

Exactly Nichola, home made bread is the best! And we all need a good brand of suncream for sure
