Of you love plant-based food or are vegetarian, sometimes finding snacks which are healthy can be hard so to help you, we showcase two Fridge Raiders meat-free snacks in our post.  The first is the Katsu Tasty Bites while the second is the Slow Roasted Tasty Bites.

I love beans and soy and the enjoy eating both the flavours.  I did have some Katsu curry from the day before so added a few of the Katsu Tasty Bites in the curry to coat then and they tasty delicious as well.

What Did We Think Of Fridge Raiders?

These snacks are bite size and come in a small 65g packets so convenient to add it into handbags or picnic/lunch boxes. My son is familiar with the original Fridge Raiders Chicken Bites as most of his friends have them in their lunchbox so he was excited to try these meat-free options.

My children tried the snacks and preferred the Katsu flavour to the Slow Roasted bites.  I liked both flavours and can see myself grabbing these as healthy snacks to add to my lunchbox when I am out and about.

These look like such a great way for people who don’t necessarily love veggies to go meatless. I think this is a great idea.

Absolutely, as you can’t see any veg there as they are made from fava beans

I feel like my kids are constantly asking for food at the moment. They look in the fridge and unless there is something easy to grab then they can’t be bothered. These would be the perfect solution.

I have never tried Fridge Raiders as the meat always looked so processed, but it’s interesting they are doing meat free versions! I will have to give them a second look.
