Hope Coronation Weekend Everyone!
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend and have enjoyed watching The Coronation of His Majesty The King on the television and organising Afternoon Tea Parties at home or with your neighbours.
We have planned a few fun activities this weekend starting with an afternoon tea spread as we watch the Coronation ceremony on TV followed by joining in a Street Party with our neighbours.
I love cooking, baking and organising parties so I am always looking for an excuse to cook up a storm. Kids also enjoy planning parties and tend to help me bake a selection of sweet and savoury food.

King Charles’s Coronation Ceremony was so wonderfully organised and we watched it live on TV. Both my children are very proud of being mixed race and love celebrating their Malaysian and British heritage.
We can’t wait to continue the celebrating tomorrow and join in the street party, do hope the weather stays dry.

The coronation was so amazing. I don’t normally get into the royal stuff, but I knew I had to watch this. It might not even happen again in my lifetime.

I’ve read the menu on the after-coronation reception, and the items were really simple. Quiche and sandwiches. I wonder how they went around of choosing these recipes.
