Review: Posterlounge Wall Art for your Kitchen**

[Ad] If you like us have been stuck at home since March because of the lockdown and have resorted in beautifying your home with some DIY projects, well….you are not alone.  We have been doing some redesigning work in our house and our garden to give it a more clean and contemporary look.  In this post, we will be sharing some stunning kitchen cafe wall art designs from Posterlounge, perfect for your kitchen, especially if you want to add some character and colour to it.

Posterlounge is an online shop which offers premium posters, gallery-quality wall prints and frames.  They offer a large selection of paintings, photographs and illustrations by artists from all over the world. Every single image which you select can then be printed on a wide range of different materials such as posters, canvas prints, acrylic prints, wood prints, aluminium prints, foam board prints, wall calendars and gift cards. You are also able to choose the size according to your preference as well as the type of frames. Keep on reading to see what I have picked for my kitchen.

I love simple artwork which stands out like this lovely Wood Print titled This Kitchen is For Dancing by GreenNest.     I ordered a 20x30cm size which was priced at £20.95.  Printed on birch plywood panel with 9 mm thickness, this had a light, matt colour rendering and natural wood grain. I loved the fact that this was ready to mount and very sturdy, did not feel like cheap wood at all. Perfect to hang on the wall to create a statement and give the room more character to it.

This simple yet eye-catching image just caught my eye.  Titled Coffee Time by artist Paolo Niutta, I knew immediately that this would be perfect for my kitchen.   I decided to get this image printed in size 30x40cm on cotton-mixed fabric (360 g/m²) with a high-contrast colour application. It had a painted look with a canvas texture and came with mirrored edges. There was also 2cm thick wooden stretcher frame. Ready to hang, this was priced at £23.95.

Anyone who knows me, know that I love my spices, curries and spicy food. To showcase that, I ordered a selection of three canvas prints titled, Spices Mix, Spice Mortar and Colorful Aromatic Spices and Herbs in the size of 20cm x 30cm which was priced at £18.95 each.  The three images were printed on cotton-mixed fabric with high-contrast colour application with canvas texture and came with mirrored edges and 2cm thick wooden stretcher frame. I have hung them on the wall just as you them above and they look perfect!

What did we think about it?

I was totally spoilt for choices when it came to picking the wall arts especially with over 100,000 images from modern photographs, paintings, famous proverbs as well as classical artworks such as Monet and Van Gogh to pick from.  After a few hours, I eventually managed to find what I loved to suit my kitchen and my likes. I was surprised at the level of quality of these Posterlounge wall arts.  What impressed me most was that I could order my wall art framed and ready to hang or get them to design a custom made frame.  Posterlounge also ships across Europe, so this is a great idea as a house warming gift or birthday present.

The ordering process was very quick and everything is done online. I also felt comfortable knowing that I could return the art-work within 100 days if I was not happy with it.  To be honest, as soon as I saw the art-work, I was totally in love and could not wait to hang them on my wall. I do not have any negative comments about their services except for the fact that their choices are immense and it will take some time for you to go through their archive to pick your favourite artwork.
